Myofascial release is a technique used to stretch and release connective tissue, or fascia, tightness within and around your muscles that causes pain and stiffness. Once the tissues are released, proper stretching maintains the joint and muscle mobility and prevents stiffness from returning allowing you to achieve increased performance

I was introduced to FST (fascial stretch therapy) by a friend 2 years ago and have been seeking out qualified professionals ever since. Naimah is outright the best I have ever worked with. In my experience, there really is nothing comparable to FST when it comes to alleviating issues connected to the hip, pelvis and lower back. With Naimah on my team, I managed to work through my high-hamstring tendinitis and continue serious training. I can't recommend Naimah enough.
